I met Lisa on a trip to find some land to be able to support a home for a job thats relocating to Charlotte. The initial search was from Virginia to South Carolina, but fell in love with the Wilkes county area. Lisa made herself available with no notice and showed us a number of options in the area at the time. She hiked many acres with us, listened, and had the time and patience to locate and show us more land. Being from out of state, she remotely supported the search by watching for new properties, visiting and sending video, enabling me to travel back only when I knew the land was a likely candidate. Her guidance on considerations for building the property to someone like me, who has never built from raw land, was invaluable. She doesnt quit at closing and continues to check in, offers help with permitting, septic, well, and others as well as guidance on county resources enabling me to still be remote if I need to. I have no doubt that Lisas help and work ethic throughout the search, purchase, and start of build has contributed to the success and brought a bit of sanity to starting an extended life in North Carolina.
