ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I contacted Teresa when we made the decision to sell our house. She was knowledgeable about the market and came up with a fair price. Teresa captured the beauty of our home perfectly in the pictures posted with the listing. The house sold after 3 days of being on the market! Teresa made the process easy and guided us along the way to ensure we received a fair price. She was very responsive to questions and was in constant contact. Teresa kept us updated on the progress of the sell and explained in detail the next steps on what to expect as the closing date approached. As an added plus, Teresa was very nice and friendly. My husband and I highly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is quite simply the best real estate agent we ever had! She not only went the extra mile to sell our home; she went the extra marathon. We had an extremely complex negotiation and contract with the buyer, and she was tireless and creative at coming up with solutions for the many, many problems that cropped up. In fact, she gave considerable savvy advice and help to the buyers to help the deal go through. Any seller would be incredibly lucky to have her!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I initially listed our house with another agency, and the agents there did little to promote it. When our contract was up, we listed our house with Teresa. Per her request, we reduced the price of the house, and she sold it in a little over three weeks. Any time we had questions (morning, workday, or night), she responded promptly, knowledgably, and courteously. We would definitely do business with Teresa again!

ZillowVERIFIED From the first contact, Teresa was energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, informative, and an absolute joy with whom to work. She was readily available for any questions, thorough in her explanations, and provided great assistance in negotiating the process of listing and selling my property. All correspondence and phone calls were answered promptly, and her marketing of the property was pleasantly aggressive. She was generous with her time and expertise. Her handling of the entire sale of my property, including coordinating all inspections, et al, with the buyers' agent, was a surprisingly positive experience. The property sold quickly in a poor real estate market, but for a fair price, and I greatly credit Teresa's hard work and tenacity for the sale. I was so pleased with the outcome of our arrangement for the sale of my property that I immediately enlisted Teresa's assistance in seeking and ultimately purchasing my current residence.

ZillowVERIFIED I was so pleased with the caring, courteous, thoughtful, and extremely professional way in which Teresa Tedder handled the listing and selling of my home.I had just lost my husband to a tragic motorcycle accident and could not remain in our home due to so many memories. Teresa took my delicate state of mind into careful consideration as we talked over the selling price in addition to the recommendations she made in order to make the home more appealing to those looking to buy a home in the area. My home was on the market less than 3 months when I closed on it.I have recommended Teresa to my friends and acquaintances. She will be the first Realtor I will call when I am in the market to sell or purchase another home.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recomend Teresa Tedder to sell your property. She did an outstanding job for us. We needed to move the existing home we were in because we built a new home to be near where our parent's live. She got it sold really fast and handled everything for us. Anytime we had a question she got us the answer fast and when we got a couple of offers she represented our interest to the fullest.Gary & Becky Smith
