We are new to the region and they were instrumental in our search for our dream property and were by our side every step of the way. They were extremely helpful, resourceful and went above and beyond with any issue that sprang up and always fought for our best interest. When we went to view mountain properties, they came prepared with their side by side, GPS maps, so we could view the land in its entirety and even thought to bring bottled water for the long journey. They were honest and transparent in every interaction quickly building our trust and respect. Strong negotiation skills that landed us the mountain property of our dreams. We are full of gratitude for all the hard work the Logan Team invested in us and our dream land search, we couldnt have done it without them. Highly recommend this dedicated and amazing team.

ZillowVERIFIED It was my first time buying a house and he made the process so easy. I moved from Charlotte to North Wilkesboro so I was unfamiliar with the area. Highly recommend him, he is a local to the area so he knew who to contact for inspections, well treatment, lawyers, etc. He is very responsive and keeps his clients well informed. Again, if youre looking to buy a house- I would highly recommend him.

Jim wasted no time beginning the search for a vacation home. Jim's knowledge of the area and the market proved to be extremely helpful since my wife and I had such a broad area we were searching in. Jim's help through the buying process was again very helpful since my wife and I live 5 hours away. We feel Jim went above and beyond to help us out anyway he could. ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers we really didn't know what to expect. We had heard many stories about realtors simply trying to make a sale and only being in the business for the money. For Jim Logan, none of these things were true. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with from the very beginning. We never had to wonder if he was going to call or text us back because he was always very prompt with answering us. From the very beginning we could tell he has our best interests in mind. He worked to get us the best deal and gave us good suggestions about which companies to use for various things along the way. When we had troubles with the loan company being slow he stepped in and explained how much of an inconvenience they were creating for us and for the seller. We truly believe that Jim Logan is the nicest most considerate realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a house. Thanks Jim!

We provided him with what we wanted to purchase and he provided us with listings that met our requirements within our budget. He was always willing to research any questions we had about listings and always responded in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond what was reasonably expected as far as making himself available to view properties. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were recently in the market for a vacation property. We knew very little about the NC mountains other than the camp grounds that we had been to. Honestly, I contacted a few different realtors but never got a feeling that I had made a connection....until I spoke to Jim. Within the first few minutes of speaking with him I could tell he was our guy. Throughout the 3 month process Jim would take my calls and/or texts no matter what day it was or time it was. He is the hardest working realtor I've ever come across. I told him what we were looking for and what our hobbies are and the next day he had a list of homes for us to look at. There were many times throughout our process that we were genuinely thankful that Jim was in our corner. I cannot speak highly enough about Jim's superior work ethic, honesty, knowledge and professionalism. Jim absolutely got us the most "bang for our buck".
