ZillowVERIFIEDLacie is simply the best realtor and property manager you will find, period. She helped me navigate the complex process of selling a family home turned rental property with ease. This is a highly detailed venture, however she removed the stress through being responsive and trustworthy. Lacie worked tirelessly to ensure the absolute best outcome imaginable. She has a reputation for being outstanding, and I am thankful she was on my side! Her vast amount of experience with property management and brokerage was on full display, as she worked tirelessly to ensure I was able to make fully informed decisions. Lacie operated with an elite level of knowledge throughout the entire process. She takes a person centered approach to assist you closely from beginning to end. Lacie is professionally thorough and clearly passionate about her hard work. She advocated for me with a focused, detail-oriented approach. I highly recommend her to any prospective buyer or seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Lacie is the most professional, personable, and caring realtor out there. She was ready to go to bat for me over any inconveniences along the way. When clients and lenders were not making the deadline, she spent endless hours making visits that were out of her way. For things needed on my end, she always came to me at my convenience. As far as an expert, Lacie is extremely knowledgeable in her field and utilizes all her resourses and contacts for a seamless experience. She had the perfect closing attorney in place for the fastest closing possible. She also had the best individuals/companies assist with repairs at an extremely fair rate. Please dont waste your time with anyone else. Whether you are buying or selling, this is the realtor you need in your life!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Lacie Holbrook is the most professional, trustworthy and enthusiastic individual you will ever work with!!! Lacie while a seasoned realtor, has the go get it done attitude and used her knowledge to list my home. You want her on your side! After my home was listed it went under contract in five days. The Seller?s lender provided us with several challenges. Not to be deterred, Lacie was on top of each challenge and negotiated and navigated the way to the closing table!

ZillowVERIFIED Lacie has a tremendous understanding of her markets and works hard to find deals for her clients. I have worked with multiple agents who simply set up MLS emails but Lacie works diligently to find great properties. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.
