Camie Cross was wonderful to work with! She helped to make the home buying experience as seamless as possible. We were purchasing a home from out of town, so she scheduled a full day of tours for us when we had the opportunity and also visited properties on our behalf for us when we were not able to make it. She provided great recommendations for lenders. When we went under contract, she helped to negotiate significant cost reductions and important repairs. She has an extensive network within Waco to help make all the repairs possible! By the time, we went to sign, everything was taken care of. She is incredibly responsive and communicative, answering all our questions as first time buyers. She will work hard to find you the right property and make sure you have everything you need. We cannot recommend her enough!
