ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was ALWAYS available. The process of selling a house is not easy. There was so much involved but she guided and helped me through it all the way . She never acted like it was inconvenient . When I would question why ( a lot of times)she would explain it so I would lose my crankiness ! I really recommend Lisa to help you buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa had previously helped us sell a rental and we came back to her for our home sale. Lisa was great helping us sell our home. She also helped us secure our new home when we decided to move. She knows the market in the area where our home was located because she also lives in the community and has sold several homes nearby. Lisa was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we were in the loop on all communications with the title company and lender. She advised us on many issues but gave us the freedom to set our price, choose our own surveyor, and negotiate how we felt necessary on several matters. We got an offer on our home quickly and closed in about a month from the offer on our home. We are also working with Lisa to sell additional land that we own. I would definitely recommend Lisa Prater if you want honesty and efficiency in the sale (or purchase) of your property.

ZillowVERIFIED I had contacted Lisa to inquire about some properties for sale in Gatesville TX. I am thinking of moving to the area and I needed to get a feel for the place and see what kind of atmosphere was there. Lisa was very personable and friendly, gave me as much info as possible, and did her best to get back to me on some questions I had on specific properties. Lisa took the time to try to be as helpful as she could, seeing as I am 1500 miles away in another state. I am still trying to move to the area and when I get closer to that time, I would not hesitate to contact Lisa. I would be comfortable recommending Lisa to others.
