Pam is the best. A good business woman with a good heart. She was patient with me from start to finish. And I am an old difficult person. She kept me updated and asked me through out the entire process what I wanted in a negotiation. She was stern without being pushy. She sold my house in a down market at a good price. What else could you ask for? I was looking for a great agent and found one in Pam Hanson. Nuff said.

ReviewWhen I retired from the military and moved to Texas, Pam was the realtor I chose because of the great reviews. I felt that she worked very hard on finding the kind of house that I was asking for, in the area I wanted. When it was time to sell my house my choice was a no-brainer, I shot Pam an email and in less than 6 hrs she responded. She gave me advice on what I needed to have done to get the most for my house and had contact numbers for the people that could get it done. Thanks to all of her efforts my house was sold in two days over the asking price.Outstanding working with her!

Review We are moving to Waco from out of town and Pam was the perfect person for us. She was able to get in and do video tours of homes the same day they went on the market so we could see them early and competitively. She was an expert in guiding us through the offer process, which we did 3 times before we landed on our new home! This market is nuts! She calmed our worries, eased our anxieties, and gave us every minute of time we asked for more promptly than we could've hoped. She even helped us get contractors out to the new property for painting and repair estimates, usually on the same day we talked about it! And even with the wild market and wait times for appraisals, Pam knew the community and the process so well that we sailed through and even closed on the house early. Pam is the best of the best. If you want a world class experience, Pam is the person you want.

Review Pam did a great job for us when we purchased our home and when we had to sell our home! Two years ago we purchased our home remotely. We thought this was going to be our retirement home. Circumstances due to COVID-19 and the down turn in my husbands line of work he accepted employment with a company out of state. We needed to sell quickly so we could relocate. Within 24 hours of Pam putting our home on the market we had 8 offers. We were under contract within 36 hours and we closed 6 weeks later. We were able to sign all of our documents remotely which was a great benefit to us. If you are looking for a great agent that will do her best for you and your circumstances you will pick Pam!

Review Pam assisted us five years ago when we purchased our home in Waco. When we recently decided to relocate to another city we did not hesitate to call her to represent us in selling our Waco home. The current real estate market is crazy and Pam handled the sell of our home with the same professionalism as she had done 5 years ago.

Review Wonderful realtor who knew just what to do to our house to have it sell on time for above expectations. We were building a new house and she helped us pick the right time to list our old house and told us exactly what repairs/remodels would help it sell fast for profit. We put in a few thousand in remodels (paint, counters, fixtures) and it sold for tens of thousands more than our original appraisal. And it sold within 24 hours of listing for above asking price!

Review The legend is real. Pam is clearly the most impressive realtor we have used in North Texas (and we've used several!). Pam is a master at presenting properties they way they should be displayed in order to attract the right buyer. She is a hard worker in every sense of the word. Then, she closes the deal flawlessly. She responds to our texts within minutes and is always charming. That is exactly what sellers are looking for. Thank you so much Pam!!

Review Pam worked very hard to help us get our house in shape to be put on the market, making suggestions and naming contractors that could help. She had exceptional photographers come out and took amazing pictures that put the house in the best possible light. She took on the responsibility of hiring people to move furniture while we were out of town, making our lives easier. She kept us up to date on showings and feedback. In negotiations she definitely had our interests at heart. Pam is pure Texas and loves the area she lives in.A lot of effort went into selling our house and we greatly appreciate everything she did for us.

Review We purchased our first house with Pam's help 12 years ago. When we decided we were ready to move to something bigger, she happily stepped in to help us. And Pam persevered with us through 18 months of us figuring out what we actually wanted. She was patient and helpful. We just closed on a piece of property we plan to build on, and she has been wonderful in helping us navigate that process.

Review Pam Tucker-Hanson is awesome. Our home had been listed for a year with another realtor, and still unsold. We were beyond frustrated. We switched to Pam and, viola !!, sold in three weeks. The closing and all that comes before was a dream. No glitches or hold-ups. Pam is professional, efficient and everything else you need for a successful real estate transaction. HIGHLY recommend her !!!

Review Pam helped me buy a condo in Waco while I was still living in the Dallas area. Most of the process was done without me being in town for face to face interaction as Id recently broken my arm and couldnt drive. Pam worked with me and my unusual circumstances and I'm very pleased with how everything turned out! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Review I can't say enough about the great work Pam did for me. She went above and beyond what most would do. The distance from where I was in relation to the property made it difficult to be hands on. She new the right trades people for the work that needed done prior to being on the market. I don't think you could go wrong if you worked with her to buy or sell property.

Review Pam was great! She listed the house quickly and got it sold quickly. Since I left the state before the house was sold, she helped out with all that needed to be done. This made it much easier for me to focus on moving in to my new place and not having to worry about the little details of the house that I was selling. I highly recommend her!

Review I have never met Pam. I was in need of realtor service in Waco area and local realtor is a must. I think I used Agent finder of Zillow. after several emails and messages, I decided to let Pam sell one of my rentals. I am very impressed by process. In less than 2 months, we closed the transaction. Pam's local knowledge is critical for my sell. We priced the rental right. She handled the whole process with minimum inteference from me. She does all the paper work with excellent accuray. I only need spend minimum amount of time to review. Her responses to questions, emails, or message are very prompt. She guided me through the negotiation with excellent result. I have no hesitation to let her handle next listing.

Review Pam is a godsend in the home buying and selling process. We were first paired with her in 2013 when my husband was hired by a company in Texas. She helped us through buying our home then, and now selling it and buying land to build our dream place on seven years later. Pam is simply in a class by herself, so we didn't hesitate to reach out to her again. Home buying and selling can be stressful, but I can't imagine how nerve-wracking it could be to not have someone so on the ball handling everything. Pam just brings so much peace to the whole journey. She is so professional, hard working, knowledgeable and experienced. She's quick to answer questions and texts, and makes you feel like you're her only client. She really hustles on your behalf and loves making people happy. As a business person myself, I have high standards but Pam by far exceeds expectations. I completely resonate with how she does business and can't recommend her enough! Thanks Pam!- Heather (& Craig) Smith

Review My wife and I were looking specifically to purchase a condo in the downtown area of Waco. The inventory was extremely low and Pam stuck with us for over a year until we found the perfect property. As a remote buyer, Pam was also very instrumental with having the buyer accommodate our schedule for viewings. She made additional visits to measure rooms. She scheduled our inspections, and was on site for a second inspection we could not attend. She also helped us through some local city admin questions and the final negotiations. She is a full-service real estate agent to say the least, and now we consider her a friend. We would definitely recommend Pam to anyone, and we will buy/sell again with her in the future.

Review I have followed Pam for years on Facebook and loved watching her and her company grow. I had always heard great things about her and how knowledgeable she was in the Waco Market, so when it came time for me to make a real estate purchase, I knew exactly who I was going to call! This property was going to be an investment property so location was everything. I sent Pam several properties I was wanting to look at possibly buying and she was very upfront if she thought it was a good or bad location, if It would be a good or bad investment when it came to reselling etc. She was very knowledgable, upfront and quick at responding to questions or looking into something that I asked about. I found a property that I wanted, and once we both agreed that it would be a good fit, she helped us close on a property that I feel like was the perfect investment for us. Hands down one of the best experiences and will use her for all of my future real estate needs in the Waco area!

Review We used Pam to to list our home and to buy our new home. From the time we signed the papers to list our house she had an offer for more than what we expected and signed papers in less than 18 hours. She is one hell of a go getter. She really took her time to get to know us and what we were looking for. Then when it came to buy our new home, she handled it all. It was as stress free of a process as it could be. We basically just had to show up and sign papers. Pam puts in the work and it shows. I have referred a few friends and now my parents to use her, and they have all had great experiences as well. We now consider her a friend.

Review Working with Pam was a great experience. She was professional, responsive and caring at all times. As an example, on a Sunday I was out of town and a lock that was supposed to be unlocked was locked preventing entry into my home. I called Pam and within the hour she had a locksmith out and the problem was solved. I encourage anyone looking for or selling a home to contact Pam.
