Review I was a first time home buyer. Kadette knew which areas of the Waco area that are known for foundation issues. She wasn't pushy at all on any property. When I was ready to move on a property she had a contract ready to present to the seller within an hour of deciding to place an offer. I have a great house in a great neighborhood now and that has a lot to do with how great Kadette was to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Waco area.

Review My wife and I were very picky in what we were looking for in our new home. Kadette promised she would help us find what we were looking for and she held true to her word! She worked very hard from day 1 and never let up through the entire process. She walked through homes with Ipad in hand to show us homes from 2.5hours away to help us make a long distance purchase. She comes from a family very knowledgeable of the home building process and was able to provide valuable insight to help us make a smart buy. We never once felt she was trying to complete a sale, instead, we felt she was looking out for our best interest as buyers throughout the process. Review Kadette was AMAZING! I was living in Austin and buying a house in Waco and Kadette made the process so easy. She was always available and very responsive to phone calls, text messages, and e-mails. She was more than on top of things. When the inspection came back saying the roof and electrical box needed to be replaced, she had repair quotes ready before I even asked for them. As a first time home buyer, I was unsure on how many things happened in the home buying process. Kadette walked me through everything from the first offer, earnest money, inspections, appraisals, repair estimates, closing and a dozen other things I can't think of at the moment. Bonus: Kadette is very adept at using technology. Most of my documents were e-signed, making a long-distance purchase very easy.I had a small and fairly tight budget to work with and Kadette helped me find a home in my budget that met all my needs and even had some of my wish list items (wood floors!). To compare, when I was interviewing other real estate agents, one of them said it was going to be difficult to find a house in my price range. Kadette reassured me that my budget was workable and that we would just keep looking until we found a house I was satisfied with. I highly recommend Kadette. When I need to sell my house or purchase another one, she will have my return business.
