Review Omg, Love her to death. Nicest, sweetest, honest lady you will ever meet. I really don't think we would've sold if not for her. She also found us a another place to live. She was great in communicating with us about setting up times for people to come look at the house. All in all a great experience. If your looking to sell or buy, she's definitely the one you want. I personally wouldn't want to do it again though, only because I hate moving ??

Review Kyra did an excellent job handling every detail of the purchase of our new home and also coordinating the out-of-state closing of the home we sold. We had a lot of challenges and Kyra went above and beyond to take care of everything even removing boxes of items left in the house we purchased after the buyers realtor said she already did it. Kyra is a top-notch realtor and we highly recommend her. It was a pleasure doing business with her and the Patricia Meadows team.

Review Kyra did a great job negotiating full asking price for my house in just ten days!. Selling my ranch in Lorena and buying a new home on the Oregon Coast was a difficult transition, but Kyra did everything and told me where to sign. Do you like having six figure cash money proceeds wired straight into your bank account? Sometimes seven figure? Just surrender your home to Kyra, Patricia and Graceland Real Estate and they will deliver a six figure pay-day to you in record time. The best years of my life were because of Patricia and Kyra and when they sold my house in Lorena, it launched my career and today I am longboarding with sea lions on the Oregon Coast because of the prosperity Graceland Real Estate has afforded me. I have worked closely with Graceland for seventeen years and I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation. If you like big money you need to have Kyra, Patricia and the six figures crew at Graceland Real Estate in your corner. John Ritter DPM

Review Camie and her company:* showed me 5- 6 houses on the same day- thus allowing me to see what is out there.* she recommended to stay out of certain areas or houses. This showed her expertise in the local market.* while visiting homes she helped me do video interviews with my wife who was out of town.Overall this was the best experience I had over any other realtor in my life.(She and her brokerage, keeps in touch with me years after I bought my house with them and gives me little gifts). I absolutely recommend her.

Review Michelle goes above and beyond for her buyers! I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sale a home. If you are a FIRST TIME buyer, you MUST give her a call. She will go out of her way to keep you informed, explain every step of the process and work within your budget. She has mad negotiating skills and quite honestly 5 stars is probably not high enough.

Patricia was very helpful in walking us through the process. With a renter situation home selling steps were different from what I had experienced with past home sales. It was a challenging time, but I'm glad we were able to close smoothly in the end with no major issues along the way.

Review Patricia was amazing the entire time she had my house on the market. Always available to answer any questions I had. Her staff was friendly and courteous. I constantly recommend her to anyone I meet wanting to sell their house or look to buy one. I feel blessed that I gained a friend. If looking for rentals her husband Steve Meadows and his assistant Kim Bryant at Meadows Rentals are the best in the business.
