ZillowVERIFIED We would like to share our experience selling an out-of-state multifamily investment property with Ana aEUR" communication and expectations around services were important to us, and unfortunately our experience did not meet those expectations. During the listing period, we often found ourselves needing to proactively request updates about buyer interest, showings, and feedback. Because we were managing the sale remotely, regular communication was particularly important to us, and we would have preferred more consistent updates about the status of the listing and potential buyers. We also had concerns about how marketing and staging were handled. During our initial commission discussions, we were told that part of the reason for maintaining a full 6% commission structure was that marketing and staging would be provided for the property. Our home was already furnished, and the staging that was added consisted primarily of small additional items rather than significant changes. In our opinion, the added staging did not meaningfully enhance the presentation of the home. Another aspect of the experience that was surprising to us occurred after the transaction when we shared our feedback and we communicated our intention to share our experience in a review for other potential sellers. Her response was that her lawyer would be contacting us. We were uncomfortable with that interaction and felt it was important to simply share our experience as clients. Every real estate transaction is different, and others may have a different experience. We are sharing ours so that future sellers can ask detailed questions upfront about communication expectations, marketing plans, staging approach, and how updates will be provided during the sales process.

Outstandingly skilled in the negotiation and deal making process due to her long experience (she knows everything, seemingly, and everyone in San Antonio real estate) and fierce (but positive) dedication to helping her client. Her and her team are available seemingly 24/7, and so if speed is an issue (as it was for me) they facilitate getting a deal closed quickly -- but only after she is sure you are happy with purchasing that house, and insists you have backup options in case the first choice turns out to have unpleasant surprises. Its very difficult going into a process that you know nothing about or were not groomed for said situation. I believe every realtor is not the same, most care for the money they are going to make off of you. I can honestly say Ana is genuinely for you. She wants to make you buying a home as easy on you as possible. She was attentive to the max, she would send me listings every morning of any new listings, and would talk about it to see if I cared for any or my thoughts on the houses. She would offer to meet me at houses based on my schedule which is a mess, I genuinely appreciated that. The house I bought was posted to the listing within 5 minutes she sent it to me and we made an offer. She was helping me around the clock and was always happy and in a great mood. When we looked at houses she gave me her opinions on a lot of the questions and trust me I asked about the most questions anyone could have asked. I honestly feel she genuinely wanted what was best for me and it showed with her kindness, hard work and dedication. I am only in my dream house now because of her. I informed her prior that we had access to the home we were inquiring on, however since I had not made an official appointment it would not be right to allow that agent to let us inside. I then took the time to call the number on the sign and wait for an agent to contact me. I informed the call taker that we were also selling our condo and were very interested in this location. The agent then provided Ana?s number. What a waste of time and poor customer service, she first said because of COVID I would have to pre-qualify. I asked pre-qualify that I don?t have COVID? She stated no, that I could even afford a home. I was very insulted by this and her unwillingness to help me and my family. I have since contacted another agent who is willing to help us. We did find out the home we were interested in was under contract, so we would not have been able to buy that one, however we are in the market and will find a home soon. Overall, don?t pre-judge people, as in this day and age many do not want to provide their finances and personal information just so they can be judged as to whether or not that would qualify to buy! Use common sense and overall be nice to people.
