We would like to share our experience selling an out-of-state multifamily investment property with Ana aEUR" communication and expectations around services were important to us, and unfortunately our experience did not meet those expectations. During the listing period, we often found ourselves needing to proactively request updates about buyer interest, showings, and feedback. Because we were managing the sale remotely, regular communication was particularly important to us, and we would have preferred more consistent updates about the status of the listing and potential buyers. We also had concerns about how marketing and staging were handled. During our initial commission discussions, we were told that part of the reason for maintaining a full 6% commission structure was that marketing and staging would be provided for the property. Our home was already furnished, and the staging that was added consisted primarily of small additional items rather than significant changes. In our opinion, the added staging did not meaningfully enhance the presentation of the home. Another aspect of the experience that was surprising to us occurred after the transaction when we shared our feedback and we communicated our intention to share our experience in a review for other potential sellers. Her response was that her lawyer would be contacting us. We were uncomfortable with that interaction and felt it was important to simply share our experience as clients. Every real estate transaction is different, and others may have a different experience. We are sharing ours so that future sellers can ask detailed questions upfront about communication expectations, marketing plans, staging approach, and how updates will be provided during the sales process.

Ana is the absolute best. We bought and sold our house with her. She was so insightful, patient and thorough. She responds quickly and always has your best interest in mind! Ana worked with us even when we werent even in the local area to help with both the purchase and sale of our house. I highly recommend Ana!
