About Alishia Potter

Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts I am a city girl to the heart. Spent my adult life in Delaware where I earned two degrees: one in Education (BA) and one in Counseling (MS) . I spent over 2 decades in the education industry while enjoying the opportunity to also work as a workforce development specialist as well for 9 years. As a two-time published Author and a passionate community advocate, I also established a non-profit organization for women in 2008 that became international in 2015. Yet serving families by way of helping them build wealth through real estate had been simmering in my heart for many years. Once my oldest graduate High School in 2017, I jumped in head first and never looked back. It was my own experience becoming a 1st time home buyer after having become homeless with my 2 children after having gone through a divorce while in graduate school is what really inspired me. To date, I have humbly helped close to 200 families to either purchase a home or sell a home and build long time wealth for their families. Using my passion for educating the community and no nonsense negotiating skills, I , along with my powerhouse team, The Optimism Group of Keller William Realty, provide familes with a #nextlevel real estate experience they won't forget. We approach our service to our clients with passion and excellence. We are licensed in Maryland and Delaware and can also help you relocate to and from any state in the country and overseas with our taylor made partnerships we've built with other real estate professionals abroad.
