This was not the easiest or most straightforward transaction, and there were several unexpected challenges along the way. Kim never missed a beat. She was responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly proactive from the day we listed through settlement. What stood out most to me was how personally invested Kim was in the process. I never felt like just another client or another property on her list. She took the time to explain things, talk through options, follow up on details, and make sure I understood what was happening and what needed to happen next. When an obstacle came up, she didnt just point it outaEUR"she immediately started working toward a solution. I have known Kim for many years, as she was actually one of my elementary school teachers, so having her represent me all these years later made the experience even more meaningful. When the movers failed to show up on moving day, Brigit rallied her team, procuring a van and extra hands to help us move our belongings. We had just a few hours to complete two closings in one day and move! A A super stressful situation but the team demonstrated grace and creativity under pressure. Review Lots of excuses and took things personal to the point of arguing with us. Evening before closing we were told the seller didn't have his finances in order. Found out later it was going into forclosure. I feel our agent should of known this ahead of time! Especially us paying for the title insurance which should of come back with that. They had ten grand of our funds for earnest money down and it ended up being a short sale with a drawn out closing and lots of problems. We almost lost our better interest rate bc of it. They sure didn't try to get money off of the sale for us and actually wanted us to pitch in more!

Being new to this area, they did a wonderful job assisting me in the purchase of my house in Seaford, 4 mos. ago. I still had to sell my house up in the Newark area. Billy took on the sale, despite the 1.5 hr - 82 mile trek. There were some issues involved from the buyers end, that made this transaction interesting, to say the least, but Billy stayed on top of everything, providing good counsel/advice, was very punctual in answering calls, & provided updates in a very timely manner! I also give kudos to Olivia Nichols for her document handling capabilities, which allowed me to go on vacation, & skip the in person settlement meeting!
