Karen is a superb agent. She is very knowledgeable about Ocean City and the real estate market there. She priced our unit appropriately and within 2 months we had a full price offer. She is responsive and very cooperative. As we do not live in the area she was great about doing things for us that we were unable to do because we live so far away. She went above an beyond in many ways for us.

We worked with Karen to sell a property and purchase one in Ocean City, MD. She is prompt and courteous. Finding a properly to today's environment was difficult and she showed us many locations in both MD and DE. We would recommend her without hesitation and strongly recommend that you do the same!

I used reviews to find an agent who was licensed in both DE and MD to assist us in purchasing a vacation home. Based on reviews I contacted Karen. She was very helpful, personable, and professional. Easy to talk to and quick to return calls. Were closing in less than two weeks.

What a wonderful experience we had selling our vacation home. We were very lucky to have contacted Karen. She was very patient. We were totally ignorant of the Ocean City market. Karen spent a lot of time with us. The property was sold the first day it was on the market for above asking price. She always answered our calls and emails in a timely manner. Through putting it on the market, to selling it and finally closing Karen walked us through everything and we had no bumps in the road. I think her experience and attention to detail are the reasons we had no problems. If we decide to look at real estate in the Ocean City area the first call we will make is to Karen!

Our property had been on the market for a year without a single offer when we found Karen. Karen masterfully staged and marketed the property, and it was sold in 6 weeks. She knows the market and how to present a property at its best. I would highly recommend her.

Karen is knowledgeable, a hard-worker and truly goes that extra mile (i.e., helps with staging ideas, furniture re-arrangement, recommended cosmetic updates, etc ...)! We have both bought and sold properties with her over the past few years and both went very smoothly! I recommend Karen highly with absolutely zero reservations! Will use her for all future coastal properties!

Karen is a hard working, honest realtor who has a vast knowledge of the market. She sets realistic expectations regarding the sale of your home in the current market conditions. She is helpful, supportive and respectful. She doesnt treat you like another commission, she treats you like a friend. Karen goes out of her way to make the sale of your home as easy as possible for you. I lived three hours away from my condo, and she took care of everything from arranging getting the carpets cleaned to making sure things were perfect for each showing. If I were to purchase another condo on the beach, I would definitely use Karen as my agent.
