Tim went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. As out-of-state buyers, we really appreciated and relied upon his local expertise. Also, he was both professional and warm so we felt totally comfortable. Tim is not only our Real Estate agent, but he is now, also, our new neighbor.

This review is long overdue. I normally don't do reviews of any kind but this is my one exception. Why? Because Tim exceeded all my expectations because of the following: -Tim worked with me for over a year. He showed me countless listings in many different locations, always accommodating my schedule. -I was impressed by his up to date knowledge of the real state market, and was pleasantly surprised by his vast network of connections in the real state field. -Tim helped me find and close a deal on a great property that met all my expectations. Thank you Tim for all your tireless work! D.F.

Looked at one property. Inquired about several others. No response. Asked about properties in Delaware and it appeared to me that he wasn't interested.

Tim went out of his way to fit my time frame coming from Baltimore to Ocean City several months to help my wife and I find a wonderful home in the location we were looking for. We visited several homes on each visit to the beach with appointments to see the houses. Tim did a great job getting our house at the price we were looking for. Overall it was a pleasure working with Tim and if I were looking to buy another house down the beach area I would call on Tim to get it done.

Tim helped me close on my first home purchase. I had found this particular house on my own that required a little work, and Tim was happy to show it. He showed it twice before I made an offer. The home-buying process was completely foreign to me, but he was patient enough to explain it and even made recommendations on programs to finance the renovations the house required. He also actually suggested making a low-ball offer, which I thought was crazy considering he would be hurting his commission, which wouldnt have been all that great at list price. When it was time to make an offer, Tim made the submittal (It was a HUD-owned home and there is a HUD-specific process). They accepted our second offer. He made numerous more trips to the house to give access for inspections and utility activation after we were under contract. I found Tim to be punctual and professional. He almost always answered his phone and made himself available when he was needed, many times on very short notice. His availability meant a lot, since the renovation loan I obtained required some extra inspections when compared to a conventional loan. He really saved me a lot of time, and made me feel like a priority. He was also very good with returning calls. If there was something he didnt know, he would find an answer and get back to me with it. I can honestly say he made my home-buying experience much less stressful. If you need an agent to represent you as a buyer, I highly recommend Tim.

Tim was incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying process. We looked for almost 2 years at every type of home (single family, condo, town homes, foreclosures, move-in-ready, etc.). He was always very quick and efficient at getting us in to see newly listed homes we were interested in. When and if we decide to sell, we will seek Tim's help again to list our property.
