Review We set out to buy a short-term rental in Ocean City, and it was anything but a simple transaction aEUR" we were weighing literally dozens of properties, digging into condo reserve studies, and trying to separate the good deals from the bad ones. Cameron was exactly the partner we needed for that. We wanted a Realtor who genuinely knew the Ocean City market from the inside aEUR" not just someone who could open doors, but someone who understood the buildings, the associations, and the local dynamics that could make or break our investment here. Cameron delivered that in spades. The inside knowledge she shared about specific buildings and the local STR market was the difference between us buying blind and buying smart. We chose Cameron because she took our goals seriously and treated our diligence like it mattered. When we needed reserve studies, resale certificates, and answers about assessments and building health, she chased them down and helped us make sense of them. What we valued most was that she was honest and thorough aEUR" she never pushed us toward the easy sale.
