Our house in Lakeland FL has 800+ views and 70 saves online but ZERO showings in a week and a half, were priced 10-20k under comps, house is only 4 years old. We even have an assumable 5.6% mortgage buyers could take over. So why isnt anyone booking a tour?? an agent needs to tell us something.

Got a job offer three states away. Need to move in January. Was going to rent my condo out, now the HOA says theres a rental cap and a waitlist. A waitlist! So what are my options here, sell, fight it, sit on an empty unit?
We were getting ready to list my late aunts place, a little ranch on 3 acres out in the county that she lived in for 40 years, and the inspector we hired ahead of time said the septic field is basically done. The quote to replace it is around $22k which we just dont have, and honestly the house already needs a kitchen. Can we still sell it like this, and will buyers even be able to get a loan on it?
my buyer is using a va loan and the appraisal came back 9k under our contract price and their agent is saying we have to come down to the appraised value or the deal dies is that true or can the buyer just pay the difference and what are my actual options as the seller
I ran up credit card debt after a bad investment, and my credit is now too damaged to refinance or get a HELOC. My rental is worth about $290k, I owe $105k, and it rents for twice the payment. Is there any loan that would let me tap that equity to clear the debt, or is selling my only real option?
