We were getting ready to list my late aunts place, a little ranch on 3 acres out in the county that she lived in for 40 years, and the inspector we hired ahead of time said the septic field is basically done. The quote to replace it is around $22k which we just dont have, and honestly the house already needs a kitchen. Can we still sell it like this, and will buyers even be able to get a loan on it?
