Can I change agents after I've made an offer on a home? My agent seemed eager to help me find a home to buy. Now that I've made the offer, he's radio silent. Or he'll call with last minute requests of items that are due immediately. With work and life obligations, sometimes I can't drop everything to do these urgent items. It seems like with better communication there wouldn't be this scramble. There's a few other issues too that have made this process frustrating. But since I've made the offer with him, do I need to keep him?
I'm a first time home buyer and I will be looking for a zero down and low/no interest government program and help with the closing costs.

we signed an agreement to sell, our rental property, with the understanding that the market would be such that there would be multiple competing offers and could be for above listing price. it has only been a few weeks, but we haven’t even gotten a offer for full listing price. So we would like to go back to just renting out the property. Can we cancel the listing agreement?

I’ve changed the price five times and nothing is happening should I price it back up everything works it’s a cute house not sure of my realtors marketing strategy I figured go down on the price but was told that long on the market and lowering the price people will think something is wrong with it. was thinking to relist it
I bought a house about a year ago. My interest on the loan is pretty high. How do I know when it's the right time to refinance? I want a lower rate. I'm worried if I jump on the first rate drop that I'll miss out on something better later.
