How do I get an as-is home appraisal?
This house is in probate due to the death of the home owner. We need to find an appraisal on the property in order to determine the value AS IS. The home is in disrepair and one of the beneficiaries would like to keep the house and needs to know how much to buy them out.

I would call your bank and ask for an appraiser to come out. Might cost you a little or have a couple Realtors come out and compare their prices to come up with an amount.
