What do I really need to worry about at home inspection?
We had our home inspection and a lot of things came up, like 38 things that were wrong. We read the list and think most of them are small, like a window latch that doesn't totally work. The big structure things came back ok, but the air conditioner has problems. 38 seems like a lot of problems though. We don't want to buy a money pit, but also don't want to lose the house. So should we go forward? What should we look out for?
Should I buy a house on a busy road?
I have been having trouble finding a home I like and I am ready to own. I finally found one that is in the right area and I really like the layout and look of but it is on a busy road. My parents keep telling me that I might not like that once I have kids and it might be hard to resell. Is that a deal breaker for a lot of buyers?

How can I tell if a home is overpriced before making an offer?
I’m looking at a few homes right now and I’m not sure how to tell if the listing price is fair. Are there specific things buyers should look at—like comparable sales or time on the market—to know if a home is priced correctly?
Are Zillow estimates (Zestimates) actually reliable when deciding what to offer?
I’ve been using online estimates as a guide—how accurate are they really? what do you think?
