My experience working with Becky Lamp'l was mixed, with notable challenges during closing and post-closing. While parts of the process progressed well initially, the final stages became increasingly difficult due to delays, limited communication, and unresolved items that should have been addressed prior to or at closing. One of the most concerning issues is that I still do not have a complete and confirmed set of keys to my home. This is a basic expectation at closing, and the delay in resolving it created unnecessary inconvenience and concern regarding access and security. I also experienced a maintenance concern shortly after move-in that warranted a more thorough evaluation. However, I was unable to properly address it due to complications with the home warranty not being active, which delayed any meaningful resolution. Overall, there appeared to be a lack of urgency, coordination, and follow-through during a critical period of the transaction. These are essential elements in ensuring a smooth and supported home-buying experience. Would I recommend her to family or friends? I would advise proceeding with caution and ensuring full availability and support during your closing period. While I appreciate the effort that was made at certain points, based on my experience, I would not choose to work together again.
