ZillowVERIFIED Alicia was, hands down, the best realtor we could have used to sell our home. My wife and I recently accepted job offers out of state and needed to sell our house quickly. Through references of my wife, we contacted Alicia to help us out. Initially, we informed Alicia that we were only concerned with payoff and didn't expect to make any money. Alicia did not accept the bare minimum for us and sold our home for 40K more than what we originally paid. Now we have money to settle into our new location. I'm a U.S. Veteran and my credit wasnt where it needed to be to buy a home just yet, so Alicia gave me advice and guided us in what steps we needed to take from the very first day! She would always answer her phone & any questions I had she answered, if she didnt know the answer she made sure to find it for me! I thank her so much for being patient as I was kind of a nightmare because of how picky I am! In the end she found us the perfect home & helped us negotiate what we wanted!
