ZillowVERIFIED I've known Eric Robb for nearly 20 years as a colleague. He's true to his word, doesnt over-commit and chooses the tougher path of honesty every time. He's a family guy that you'd want as a neighbor. He had me work with Errol Danley, and Errol proved to be amazingly hard working. He showed me a TON of properties. I was in a tough financial situation and looking for the best spend for my money. The Atlanta market was a RED HOT sellers market with all bids going well over asking. Errol stuck with me through multiple offers ( i was being a little cheap on some) and he never flinched. He gave me great advice and together we landed an amazing STEAL in a sellers market. I'm on an acre, surrounded by forest, in 2100 square feet, on a lake with an inground pool... for what i was paying to RENT a boring, ho hum 1600 square foot house. This team hustles, documents were quick, correct, and the process negotiation process was very transparent. We spoke daily and Errol earned every single penny of his commission. I cannot refer this company high enough. I'm blessed every day with this STEAL in a tough market. Listen to them!!

His team coordinated execution of the contract through closing and it all went very smoothly. I interviewed six other realtors before I met with Eric. All had very good reviews. All impressed me when we met. Most provided a market analysis and recommended listing price. The recommended prices were very similar. Eric also provided a market analysis and recommended a higher listing price that was more in line with my pre-pandemic thoughts and that of neighbors I consulted. In retrospect, it is clear that Eric's analysis reflected a much deeper understanding of the local market, the house location, the house features/condition, and confidence that effective use of technology could overcome issues associated with selling during a challenging time.It was clear at the time, that traditional marketing approaches were not going to be effective in the pandemic situation. Eric is affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway that has a very good digital marketing platform and it was apparent that he was out in front of others in his understanding of of how to use its powerful features in the pandemic situation. ZillowVERIFIED Eric was our second real state agent so the second time around we did much research and interviewing and we finally decided to go with Eric based on reviews and some other factors. It took about 4 months to finally get the house sold even though he did a few open houses and we knew the house was being marketed on social media. During this time we didn't get that many offers. When we first started with him he suggested we get a home inspection which we agreed was a good investment. We did have to bring the house down in price by about 20k less that we would've liked but we also new the market wasn't moving much during winter. At the end of the day the house was sold and we liked Eric's and his team's professionalism and responsiveness.
