ZillowVERIFIEDI chose Veronika and her team to sell my condo for me. They have far exceeded my expectations, quickly acquiring a buyer, and making the whole selling process easy, understandable, and a simple process for me. Their guidelines and step-by-step documents for me to sign has been amazing. Veronika took one walk through my condo, and was then quickly able to advise me exactly what I needed to do, to get it ready to sell. Veronika has been unbelievable in her negotiations and expertise. I highly recommend Veronika and her team for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Veronika recently sold my mother's home in Martin's Landing. From start to finish, she and her team were knowledgeable, responsive and professional. From the initial assessment of the property, listing proposal and strategy, to photos, hosting an open house, and fielding questions and presenting offers, Veronika provided excellent service and guidance. We received a full price offer in less than a week, and she got us to closing within 18 days of listing. Her knowledge of the area is exceptional, and she was able to provide excellent referrals to other resources we needed during the process. I would recommend Veronika to anyone needing real estate services in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Recently, I had the opportunity to purchase a house and had a pleasant experience working with Veronika and her team throughout this home-buying journey. She was recommended to me by a friend who also had a great experience with her last year. Veronika made the entire process very easy and smooth, and more importantly, she has a gift of putting you at ease throughout the entire process, as everyone knows home-buying can be quite challenging, especially in the current economic climate. She also ensures that you are not rushed into making a decision. She and her team are available over the phone, text, and email, including weekends, as that is the time people usually go house hunting. She spends hours with you understanding your needs, likes, and dislikes first, and then uses that information to find the right house in your preferred city or locality and within your budget. She and her team will guide you and help you every step of the way. I highly recommend working with her. Best of luck!

ZillowVERIFIED Veronika and her team were fantastic beginning to end. No one knows the area better than Veronika. She is a true professional, and gave expert guidance on how to prep our home for sale as well as how much we could list the house for. She handled all the offers and just brought us the best two or three, and within 4 days of listing we accepted an offer 12% over asking. She could not have been any better.

ZillowVERIFIED Veronika and her team were great to work with. Veronika is a fantastic real estate agent. She helped my wife and I both sell our house and buy a new one. She made the selling process super easy, sold our house fast, and for more than what we were expecting. Veronika having 15+ years of experience as an agent and strong relationships with other agents made the process less challenging with how difficult the housing market is. She was able to help us find us our dream home. Shes got a a unique skill that is difficult to replicate. She really knows how to work a deal and will be very honest. Its not easy to hear honesty, but will help with expectations in the process of finding a house. If you need an agent I would highly recommend hiring her to help you find a home or sell your home

ZillowVERIFIED Veronika and Jordan are such a great team! They helped us find our dream home at a good price when the buyers' market was so tough in 2022. Veronika and Jordan are extremely prompt, flexible, and professional. Jordan would arrange same day or next day showings with very little notice! Veronika worked lightning fast when making offers was a time sensitive matter. After purchasing our home, Veronika made great recommendations for affordable handymen, home inspectors, etc. We really appreciated her guidance on how care for a home since we are first time home buyers!

ZillowVERIFIED Veronika was very quick and helpful on the sell side. She was a shark and was able to get us the best offer and terms in this crazy market. She was direct and communicated with us exactly what to expect. For sell side, we definitely recommend her. Buying was more difficult. Not because of Veronika, but because of the market we were in was extremely competitive and low inventory. She did help us stay within our budget, make an offer we were comfortable with and find something that fit our requirements. We went with a home that was different than we originally thought we wanted. She helped us to see the vision and potential so we didnt have to compromise on space, area or schools. Although our communication styles were different, she always made sure to be available to answer questions, show houses and help us to make the best offers for our comfort zone. She was patient and kind throughout the process and understood when we felt defeated. She helped us to figure out the best move for our needs and that was huge in this market. Her team was very helpful and always got back to us in a timely fashion. During both of our closings we felt supported and that we had all the information we needed. You cant go wrong with Veronika. Shes Martins Landings top agent and knows everything about that area. Shes well respected and doesnt do the back and forth when negotiating. She helps to submit the best possible offer and has great strategies to help get you the home you want. Shes direct and to the point which is what you want when your buying and selling. Shes a great agent and shes got a great network and team behind her. You wont regret working with her. We highly recommend her for the buy side as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Veronika is an agent which a buyer would love to have. She has a huge experience in real-estate and can provide very useful insights on the properties. Its always helpful to know what NOT to buy more than the opposite, and with her knowledge you can just ignore the not-so-ideal properties. She is always ready to see the properties, no matter how many of them you need to see before you find the most suitable one. I had a very good experience working with her and would want to have her as my agent in future too.

ZillowVERIFIED We cant say enough great things about Veronika and team!! My husband and I met Veronika by chance at an open house we stopped by. She simply asked us where we were in our home search and then offered to send us some homes we might be interested in. We werent looking for an agent, but her proactive communication, flexibility, experience, and her thorough understanding of the current sellers market (and how to be competitive in it!) made it impossible for us not to leverage her expertise. She truly focuses on her clients wants and is keen on saving her clients money while also finding them homes with great resale value!

ZillowVERIFIED I am in the mortgage business and have relationships with many agents, many within my own subdivision. I selected Veronika over other agents because I trusted her judgment and more importantly her integrity. The process of selling our home took longer than expected primarily because my wife and I did not take Veronika's advice when deciding on a listing price. We eventually came to our senses and listened to Veronika and our home was quickly under contract. I was very pleased with how Veronika was able to negotiate on our behalf with a less experienced agent. I believe we she got us a better outcome than would have occurred if she was not such an excellent negotiator. Her patience through the process was also noteworthy. I highly recommend her for people looking for a knowledgeable agent who has the patience and integrity to guide home sellers (and buyers) through a very stressful process.

ZillowVERIFIED Veronika was outstanding in every way possible! We worked with her directly for about 8-9 months, between buying our new home and selling our former home. This included initial introduction and getting her take and assistance for renovating our former home, prior to putting it on the market. But the time frame that included finding and buying our new home, and listing and selling our former home was not more than 5 months. Which is exceptional to get that all turned around that quickly, where Veronika played the major part in making that all happen. We viewed several serious candidates for our future home, before we settled on our winner. Veronika took our feedback from those viewings and helped find us our future home. We could not be happier with the home she helped us find. Then when it came to the selling of our former property, we could not have been more pleased. She masterfully handled a bidding war from multiple offers, got us over asking price, while negotiating the terms for the winning offer like a ninja!!!! Again, we could not have been more thrilled with the outcome. We ended up only have to float two mortgages for two months! So much appreciation for Veronika. Her work ethic is clearly unparalleled, and knowledge is without question, and she simply is a delight to work with. I not only highly recommend her as your future real estate professional, but you would be foolish not to use her!
