1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Begin with a pre-approval so you have a handle on what you can afford. Meet with your Realtor to understand the current market trends and view local properties.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Meet with a Realtor to understand the current market and where your home fits in. I typically provide a "to do" list for sellers to prepare their home properly for a quick sale.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

All types! I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. That includes those just entering the market for the first time to down-sizers looking to find the perfect "last" home or second home

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I was referred to a local seller by another Realtor. Upon meeting with him, I found him eager to prepare his home for sale and find another "project" home. The process was seamless and he is happily renovating his new abode.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

After purchasing a number of properties, land and building an investment home, upon moving to NH I decided to get into real estate. It seemed as if it was a natural transition as I had loved real estate for a number of years and now had the opportunity to share my excitement with others.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

Yes! I was a Registered Nurse working in critical care for 17 years prior to entering real estate. That background offered me experience in stressful situations, attention to detail along with honed interpersonal skills, I found real estate to be an perfect place to exercise these skills.
