Bill Burke is an award-winning, top-producing Associate Broker and REALTORA(R) licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, specializing in residential real estate throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. A full-time real estate professional since 2008, Bill has closed more than $150 million in residential real estate sales throughout his career.

A Southern New Hampshire native and Chester resident, Bill graduated from Pinkerton Academy and earned two degrees from the University of New Hampshire. His local roots and years of experience give him firsthand knowledge of the communities and real estate markets he serves.

Bill is the founder of BurkeLord Real Estate. Together with Jennifer Lord, the team brings 30 years of combined residential real estate experience and provides a hands-on, full-service approach to helping clients buy and sell their homes.
