ZillowVERIFIED Scott helped me buy my first home. He is very professional a tough negotiator and motivated. Scott is prompt to return phone calls or text messages and and questions you may have he will answer or find the answer for you. He found me a mortgage company to secure the loan and a very professional and honest home inspector. We went on so many showings we lost count and that doesn't bother him even in extreme weather, like he said at many showings "can you picture yourself living here?" and that made the difference when it came to finding the right house for me as I was about to give up and just buy something so I was done renting. He wants the house you buy to not just be the house you buy but become your home after you get settled in. So if you are buying your first house or selling/buying your second or third, whatever the case may be look no further than Scott Forte.

ZillowVERIFIED Deb showed or arranged for us to view numerous properties over a wide geographic area, almost all of which I found myself and requested to see. The one we bought was being flipped by someone who worked in her office (reportedly at the next desk), and it seemed like the tables turned as soon as we made our offer, to seem like she had his interests in mind more than ours. High marks for local knowledge because the location is perfect for us. It would seem that an agent of her caliber would have been able to identify what the little plugs were all over the wood floors (previous termite treatment system), but she was silent when I mentioned them in wonderment on more than one occasion. It would seem that an expert realtor would have some awareness of current fireplace codes, and be able to determine that ours is unusable. It would seem that someone working on our behalf could have identified that the swimming pool is only 3-4 feet deep, even though we purchased in March (our neighbor has since told us that he made the depth of the pool very clear to the flippers). It would seem that, given the fact that "a workman" was living in one of the bedrooms when we viewed the house until immediately prior to purchase that there may have been some knowledge of the sewer issues that cost us $5,000 within a month, and are not right yet (there was a shower curtain up in the recently renovated house, so clearly the shower was being used). If you choose to work with Deb, be relentless about getting answers to your questions and working to uncover every detail about a house before you buy from her.

She was always very enthusiastic with each home we looked at, pointed out the positives in every situation, but never pushed us to do anything we weren't ready for. Since we (the buyers) didn't live in the same location before purchasing our first home, it was very difficult to coordinate our schedules to see houses, but Deb always made it work with her schedule and ours, seeing anywhere from 3-6 homes back to back in one day to accommodate us.
