Collier graduated from Auburn University (B.A., 1998), Cumberland School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2002) and Washington University School of Law in St. Louis (Masters of Law in Taxation, 2003). Collier was the principal partner in the law firm Swecker and Sparks LLC for 3 years before leaving the law practice for real estate development and sales. Collier is a native of Yorktown, Virginia and currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife, Amanda Capps Swecker. Collier & Amanda are the proud parents to a beautiful daughter, Julia Abigayle.

My wife and I just purchased our first out of state investment property. We worked with Carin and her team. They are amazing! As a realtor, Carin was very responsive to our questions and really went above and beyond to show us the details of the properties that we were interested in. Her commitment to providing us quality and dedicated work made it possible for my wife and I to analyze the properties from out of state (and not to mention, during a pandemic).During closing, Caron's team was also very responsive and help the closing process go through smoothly.
