ZillowVERIFIED Throughout our home-buying process, Celena was incredibly communicative. She always promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed every step of the way..Additionally, Celena supported us beyond closing to ensure we had everything we needed.. but what stood out the most was she carefully listened to all of our needs for homeownership and always reiterated that throughout the process and that was huge because we felt heard..This is something thats rare but very much so appreciated. If youre looking for someone thats knowledgeable posses great communication skills, you should definitely reach out Celena! We would definitely be using her again for our future purchases!

ZillowVERIFIED We've had two experiences with Celena that were 7 years apart. Both were phenomenal. The first time she worked miracles to meet an impossible schedule. The second time she shepherded us so well the process worked perfectly. If you need a real estate professional, get Celena and then listen to her advice. She is spot on every time. If you are her client, she always has your best interest at heart. She is incredibly responsive to you and proactive for you. She not only knows her stuff, she is a pleasure to work with. You will not regret choosing her!

ZillowVERIFIED Celena is the best real estate agent (broker) I have ever worked with, and I trust her immensely. If you want to either find a property or sell your property, she's your "go" person....no question about it. Just the absolute best in the business. I share this confidently, for she has served as my agent for years. What I love the most about her is that she focuses on you as the client, and is not motivated by just "closing the deal". She is on the "top of her game" as an agent and will work tirelessly to achieve your goals. One story I want to share is that I had some land that I wanted to sell a few years ago. It was a tricky property to sell, for it was situated in a flood zone. I had gone with another agent, honestly, because I didn't want to bother Celena with it (I felt she likely had "bigger fish to fry). In any case, I hired another agent to sell it and the land just sat out there with no takers...no bites at all. This went on for months on end. Finally, I released that agent and contacted Celena about the matter....the situation. Once Celena came on board, the property sold and fast. I could not believe. She is just that good! Love her!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Celena to buy and sell. She consistently provided feedback on showings and followed up with answers to our questions. Not only is Celena a great communicator, she is an excellent negotiator as we got more than what we needed when selling our home. Because of her extensive experience she was able to head off potential snafus and made it stress free for us which I certainly appreciate. Celena is truly a professional and we will use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Celena, quite plainly stated, is a hard working professional with the perfect balance of patience and tenacity. She knows all markets and areas in and around Birmingham, not just a specific neighborhood or hot spot everyone knows about. Celena has helped me on three occasions covering both purchasing and selling a home. She quickly earned my confidence and I was comfortable explaining what I wanted and would or would not do in a contract and trusted her to make offers/counter offers. This enabled me to concentrate on my everyday work and move faster than competing home buyers. Celena's ability to accurately answer any question I had, most often off the top of her head, is impressive. If she doesn't know, she will in less than 24 hours. And her professional network enables her to quickly respond to unpredictable situations that may require a plumber, painter, carpenter, handyman, or whatever is pops up in the home buying/selling process. I believe Celena is one of the best in Birmngham.

ZillowVERIFIED I do not usually give reviews on service but I had to speak up concerning my experience. Not only did Celena market and sell our home for a great price, she also located our dream home which we purchased.A Her marketing approach and knowledge of this area are phenomenal. Most service providers do not exceed our expectations however, Celena accommodated my family's busy schedule. We are recommending her to our friends and family as we know they will be in good hands.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Celena to sell our home. She watched the market closely during the time that we were trying to transition to another home. While we prepped the house for sale, (according to her recommendations), she helped us understand market dynamics around the area and we knew what to expect. We had severalA lookers, multiple offers, and was able to sell just when we wanted for more than we expected. Celena also helped us find just the right house. She understood our needs and pointed us to great homes. With Celena's help we moved into a home perfect for us and in a great location.

ZillowVERIFIED I don't know what I would have done without Celena's diligence and patience during my buying and selling process. I am so grateful that I had an agent that truly cared about my experience. She went out of her way to meet me early, late, and in between to make sure that I didn't lose a potential property that could be perfect. She also marketed my home and it showed often...we didn't miss a single buyer. It doesn't matter how many clients she has at the moment, you'll always feel like the top priority. Celena and her team are complete professionals and I'll never use anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Celena worked very hard to sell our house, a house that we had been trying to sell for years through other realtors without success. She helped us every step of the way from getting the house ready to go on the market, to getting the price we needed, as well as getting repairs done after the inspection. Celena and the office staff are very prompt with all our calls, texts, and emails. I believe this team is much more results driven and motivated than realtors I've worked with previously. My whole family cannot thank her enough for everything she did.

ZillowVERIFIED After 11 days we got an offer! Celena helped us get our home ready to sell. Her advice is excellent as our expectations were surpassed. She has an incredible work ethic which is refreshing. I didn't have to chase her down or wait for days for her to respond. I appreciate that she always called me back. More importantly Celena negotiated for us and we got the price we needed...I'm so glad we had the opportunity to work together.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very pleased with my recent experience having Celena represent me as my buying agent.I didn't know exactly what I was looking for when I first met Celena. She took the time to show me very different homes in various neighborhoods, and she listened to what I had to say about each. Taking my feedback into consideration, it wasn't long before she showed me "the one". I'm now in a home I love, in a neighborhood I love, with a daily commute I love. Additionally, I feel very confident that Celena was able to help me get my new home at a very competitive price. In terms of professionalism and responsiveness, Celena was able to achieve a wonderful balance. While showing me homes, I don't recall ever seeing her on her cell phone or taking other clients' calls (this was very important to me). However, any time I ever had a question, it seemed like she was so quick to respond. It always made me feel like I was her top priority.

ZillowVERIFIED Celena Miller is a fantastic realtor. If I could give her more than five stars, I would, because Celena Miller is truly a phenomenal real estate agent. Celena was awesome to my husband and I, and one that I am highly recommending. She was able to find me listings that gave me what I need and would have probably thought about wanting in our house later. For instance , a man caves. She has left seven (7)PERMAEANT SMILES TO MY FAMILY HEARTS! I was so pleased with her attitude and dedication that I WILL recommended her to ANYONE and will continue to give her name to anyone I know that might be looking to buy in the Birmingham area.

She pointed out the good and bad for each site and was extremely helpful working with the sellers and their agent. She was very patient with me and my 10 thousand questions, many of them after business hours and did her very best to get me an answer to any and all. I felt I could trust her.
