They guide sellers to prepare their homes to sell for top dollar with staging tips, professional pictures, and mass marketing before the showings and open house. Our house sold in one day. They used the same process to sell two of our son's houses and one of our daughter's homes, also in one day each. All of these homes sold above asking price over a span of five years. They are also exceptional as buyers agents. Our son and many others have used them in this capacity. Unfortunately, we moved out of state or we would be using them every time! ZillowVERIFIED Selling my mother's home was a stressful and heartbreaking experience, but Mike made it so much better by walking me through what needed to be done to the house to bring it up to top selling standard; bringing many interested buyers through; identifying the correct candidate, walking them through selling their home and making me feel comfortable that mother's home would be perfect for this family. I could not have done it without Mike's expertise in contacting the proper contractors to do the work that needed to be done. The timeline for the new family to move in and us to vacate was equally important since their son had to have heart surgery soon after the move.
