ZillowVERIFIED Manda is such an amazing agent. She handles the process so fluidly and quickly that you don't even feel the burden of selling your home. She is strategic in how she sets the price to sell your home and helps obtain any of the trades needed to "spruce-up" your home before putting it on the market. Manda is very easy to communicate with and truly handles every step of the process so that the home owner does not have to worry about a thing. I would absolutely use Manda over and over again. ZillowVERIFIED When another broker would not even talk to us/was too busy for us because we were interested in an inexpensive distressed property, Manda was kind enough to help us purchase that property, even though she was not going to get rich from the transaction. It's exactly that kind of humility you look for in a person that you will always work with going forward, and will recommend to anyone looking for a class-A professional to work with! Thanks, Manda for helping us get that fixer-upper for our brother!

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor, hands-down! Manda is professional, resourceful, responsive, reliable and honest. I highly recommend her to help buy or sell any property! Manda helped us with a very complicated sale - she prepared the offer - after the listing agent refused to submit it because he did not want to deal with the multiple owners for a sale that was not "worth" his time (is that even legal?!), then Manda stayed on top of every detail in order top help us get to closing at lightning speed. I was impressed by her positive outlook, extensive knowledge and attention to detail, which included providing local contacts for many types of home services. Had it not been for Manda, we would not have succeeded in buying our house. I cannot thank her enough.

She is a fantastic agent and I would not hesitate to use her again.
