Depends on you and your situation/goals. Typically the market is the most active in Spring going into the Summer.

The best time to sell is now! Why? because there is less competition than you will have in the Spring and Summer months. Also, interest rates are likely to rise again so the pool of qualified buyers could get smaller. Call a great Broker and get the conversation started! Best of luck to you!

Inventory levels are still very low. I advise clients in my market to sell any time, but I especially like January and February because there is even less inventory than usual and there are still buyers out looking. Supply and Demand.
