What are the costs of selling a house?
I know I need to pay my real estate agent, but what are the other costs of selling a house? I want to make sure I'm prepared. I'm also worried that I won't make any money after paying off the loan.

Typically, depending on the state that you live in, there are escrow fees, title fees, notary fees, commissions, any unpaid, taxes, etc. You should always request a net sheet so that you have an idea of what you will walk away with.
