Mobile home for sale?

My sister has died and she left me a mobile home in rough condition. I want to sell it.

You can certainly sell a mobile in rough condition. Depending on if the home personal property or real property will factor in to the value and what type of licensee can assist you in selling it.

Selling a mobile home can be done without a realtor. You may want to try local advertising on your own. Mobile Homes are transferred in the same manner you would as a car. Mobile Homes do not hold their value. If the home is not livable, you may want to sell to a scrapper? Check mobile home park requirements and if any restrictions

I am not in CO, but here in FL Mobile Homes normally sell very fast and usually for cash.
