Absolutely Not! It is a very good time to sell!!! People that were sitting on the fence post are looking to buy now because the rates are going up.

You should sell on your own terms and if it makes sense for you. There will always be people moving around for their reasons and life events happening - moving towards family/work, retiring, affordability, buying instead of renting, etc.

Hi Vivian largely depends on your motivation to sell. Houses are still selling and will continue regardless of where the rates are at as long as you work with the right agent.
