Hi Pat, mobile homes sell too! You just need to know what to do, so I am happy you asked. You will want to connect with a local Real Estate agent to find out the laws in Mesa, AZ. In Florida, if you own the land that the home sits on, you can have any local Realtor assist you in the sale. If you rent the land, then the Realtor needs to have additional licensing specific to mobile home sales. I can help you connect with an expert in your area. Just give me a call or send me a text at 407-579-6453 or send me an email at: [email protected]
