Can I sell a just one building on my property?

Its an older farmhouse fully insulated 12' wide x 12' tall x 28' long, I am not sure where to even start, it was on my property when i bought it, I would like to move it off the property and maybe try and make some extra money as well.

Yes -- You can sell just the building if you can find someone willing to move it. That is if it is salvageable and worth the expense in moving. Try advertising it and see if there is any interest. There is always Facebook marketplace or Nextdoor has a for sale option. Good luck!
