Do buyers have more leverage right now with the holidays coming?

Im trying to sell a property in Phoenix and need to know NOW if this is a sellers or buyers market. Everyone keeps saying the holidays are slowing things down and buyers have more leverage, is that actually true here or just talk? I dont want to sit on this listing for months, so should an agent tell me to price aggressive now or wait it out??

Juniper, depends on the specific market and even submarket, but typically across the board, holiday times result in less traffic; which means more opportunity for buyers. Keith Jean-Pierre Managing Principal The Dapper Agents Real Estate Operations in ALL 50 States
