Absolutely. Selling “as is” simply means you’re not making repairs. Buyers can still do inspections, and you must still disclose known issues.

Yes you can Brigette. We typically would disclose this type of sale to potential buyers in our agent & advertising remarks to ensure buyers understand what they are getting into. As-is sales are not uncommon, however buyers that purchase as-is expect some type of discount for the work it may take to get into living condition &/or any other city permits required if your city needs a CO to close.

Selling a Property As-Is can be done. It is usually a bit more difficult since the buyer pool has been reduced since a majority of buyers do not want to make major repairs. With that being said a good Realtor can market the property to investors or DIY home buyers.
