Key Realty

John is an absolute rockstar agent! We recently closed on our home in Waterville, and we could not have asked for a better partner in this process. From the very beginning, John was incredibly professional, highly responsive, and completely on top of every single detail. We had a shifting closing timeline and a 30-day post-closing possession agreement to navigate, but John handled the logistics flawlessly, coordinating seamlessly with our lender and the title company to keep everything on track. He gave us total peace of mind and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable. If you are looking for an agent in Northwest Ohio who truly goes above and beyond for his clients, look no further than John!

Always on top of everything and a pleasure to work with Made selling our house as easy as possible Would definitely recommend her to friends and family Her knowledge of the area is a great asset

John was absolutely amazing!!!! We had to switch from another realtor to him & it was a seamless transition! He was informative, direct, quick & went above & beyond to sell our home! I will be recommending him to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home. -Meg

John was fantastic to work with. He was very patient with us while we looked (and looked and looked) for a house that met most of our needs. He helped us understand different options on bidding strategies, different loan types and the buying and selling processes . When it came time to sell, we trusted his advice. With a snowstorm on our first day "live," things seemed bleak. Thankfully, they quickly turned around and we had multiple offers and sold within the first week. Working with John was a great experience and we'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

John was very helpful thru a troubling process. After having to change lenders John was very instrumental in helping me find a replacement. John was very helpful with negotiating a very satisfied outcome for parties.
