ZillowVERIFIEDJohn was fantastic to work with. He was very patient with us while we looked (and looked and looked) for a house that met most of our needs. He helped us understand different options on bidding strategies, different loan types and the buying and selling processes . When it came time to sell, we trusted his advice. With a snowstorm on our first day "live," things seemed bleak. Thankfully, they quickly turned around and we had multiple offers and sold within the first week. Working with John was a great experience and we'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED John is an absolute rockstar agent! We recently closed on our home in Waterville, and we could not have asked for a better partner in this process. From the very beginning, John was incredibly professional, highly responsive, and completely on top of every single detail. We had a shifting closing timeline and a 30-day post-closing possession agreement to navigate, but John handled the logistics flawlessly, coordinating seamlessly with our lender and the title company to keep everything on track. He gave us total peace of mind and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable. If you are looking for an agent in Northwest Ohio who truly goes above and beyond for his clients, look no further than John!

ZillowVERIFIED John is always honest, straightforward, and hardworking to provide the best possible service. We worked with him to buy our house, and then again when we were ready to sell. He has done a lot to go above and beyond what is expected of him - even going as far as taking our trash out to the side of the road at night when we had already moved out of town. He is a quick communicator, keeps you informed about what is going on behind the scenes, and provides quick service.

ZillowVERIFIED We just completed a transaction using John as our realtor to buy a house . I do not hesitate to recommend John to anyone buying or selling a property. He is proactive, was always quick to respond to any questions, and very professional in making sure all all the parts and pieces needed in real estate transaction are completed properly. He really cares about matching up the buyers with the property that will make them happy. He doesn't seem to just be trying to make a quick sale but will point out issues with a house that from his experience concern him and direct one to the resources necessary to investigate any issues further if needed. Also, he is very personable and good-natured. A pleasure to work with. Buying or selling a property is usually stressful, but John is great at providing the support and information needed to keep the stress low. Five stars!

ZillowVERIFIED John was a very valuable resource for my family. We thought we were ready for this next major milestone, and John walked with us every step! He was diligent, responsive, and had so much wisdom to share. He was honest and realistic regarding the houses we walked through, and expressed both concern and encouragement when it was needed. When asked, he was able to estimate within a couple thousand what a given house would go for, which was an extremely valuable skill for our financial planning. We placed a couple of offers, got beat out, and decided that we would ultimately wait for a few years before trying again. John assured us that he would be here when we were ready. Thank you, John, for your honesty and for your experience!

ZillowVERIFIED John was great to work with! He's friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, positive, tells-it-like-it-is-when-needed (like with properties that don't look like they were advertised to be...as in, not in a good way), gives advice when asked to, etc. I can't say enough about how easy the process of buying was with John's help. We were all over the wilds of Northwest Ohio for months and he was still all those things I mentioned above. You can't go wrong with John.

ZillowVERIFIED John is master in this field. He kept me promptly appraised of all necessary documentation, procedures, and options concerning this sale. Knowing he is very busy, I was surprised he was readily available for any questions I had, responding quickly while putting my mind at ease over any doubts I incurred. Although, I have purchased a house before many years ago, the digital world has changed things considerably. John, explained those changes in such a caring and respectful way it eased my self inflected thoughts of incompetency, retaining my confidence in this venture. In summary, I would recommend John to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home. He was amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED When we needed to relocate my elderly mother to the area so that we could better take care of her, we struggled to find a realtor who could work with our timing (FAST) and BUDGET. John is amazing! He's knowledgeable and professional, and always willing to go to bat for us. If it weren't for him, I doubt we would have located just the right place for my mom in Bowling Green, sold my mothers home, and closed both deals On Time.
