ZillowVERIFIED Thank you so much for all your help, Nick! We couldn't have found a better realtor to help us find a SFH for my aging father that was in close proximity to other family members. I was in town for only 10 days but Nick kept us updated, answered all questions and had relevant experience with what we were looking for. He was patient, thorough and really made the entire process seamless. We are so grateful to Nick for helping us find the perfect place for dad, so close to family, yet still independent. His attention to every detail is appreciated, thanks for making it all happen so quickly!

ZillowVERIFIED Nick was extremely helpful and I couldn't have been any happier. I am a first-time buyer so he guided me through the entire home buying process. Any questions I had, he answered immediately. He would ping me when there was something I needed to complete on my end. I hear nightmares and complications about the home buying process, but working with Nick made my experience a pleasant one. If you get a chance to work with Nick, do it! You will not regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick not only sold our Toledo home super quick, he also helped us find the perfect historic house in an area we thought was out of our price range. He is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We had so many questions, and Nick walked us through every complicated real estate process with quick answers, attention to detail, and just the most friendly demeanor. "Sold Quick with Nick" isn't just a cute slogan: this really is your guy to get it done. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Local knowledge meets real estate expertise: stop looking for a realtor and call Nick.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick helped my wife, three kids, and I search for a home over a long weekend. He never failed to respond to questions within minutes and was an invaluable expert providing fantastic guidance and assurance to a family unfamiliar with the Toledo area. We will definitely be requesting Nick's services the next time we buy or sell a home and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent who does his best to provide the very best service to his customers.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were very worried and scared. After our first visit with Nick he eased our nerves and his knowledge really helped us figure out what we should and shouldn't be worried about in a home. Within seeing 3 houses with us, it was like he knew us forever. He found us a home that we didn't even have on our radar and we fell in love with it on the tour. Within the day we were able to submit and offer and just closed on our home. Nick not only helped us with the house hunt, but held our hand through the whole process from inspection to re-inspection to close. He was available, never made us feel stupid with all our questions, and had our best interest in mind at all times. We will definitely recommend Nick to any of our family and friends. He was amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Nick was fantastic to work with. My husband and I were very impressed by his responsiveness and knowledge. He was able to give short and concise information which makes the whole home buying experience more enjoyable. He was also very honest. He consulted with several of his real estate contacts during our purchase to confirm information that was not at his fingertips. I would highly suggest Nick to any of my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so thrilled to have worked with Nick and his team! As out of town buyers with limited knowledge of the Toledo market, Nick's team helped us arrange home tours before our arrival. Nick showed us several homes over the course of two days. As a long-tenured real estate professional in Toledo, he was able to answer all of our questions and was eager to go to bat for us, calling the selling agents on the spot to get more info about the homes we were interested in. He is also a wonderful human being and was a pleasure to tour homes with! We'd definitely recommend working with Nick and his team :)

ZillowVERIFIED Everything was very straightforward. Nick got things done very quickly. He made extensive research for the house market history surrounding my property though I insisted on starting with a high price since the area is an extremely high demand area. His team took a series of beautiful photos and made a 3D virtual tour which is very impressive. He and his team got everything done in a week and once the house was listed we got around 9 appointments. His strategy for setting a deadline for reviewing offers was very successful. The house was gone immediately after the open house.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick was an absolute joy to work with. Within just a few days of deciding to list our home, we had our initial meeting with Nick. He thoroughly explained the entire process, prepared a timeline and got the job done! He did a fantastic job with the photos and 3D walkthrough. We were fortunate to have multiple offers within the first weekend of listing and Nick presented all options with pros and cons, which made the decision so much easier. We did run into a few issues non-related to Nick, but he again worked through these with us and we closed within 30 days of listing. We are so thankful for Nick and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED Nick went out of his way to help us move into our dream home. He showed us four or five houses before the one we bought, taking much time to answer our questions and even write up an offer on one we ended up not pursuing. He helped us negotiate a good deal on the house we fell in love with, one that was very fair to us and the sellers. The transaction was so easyaEUR" Nick was always available by phone if we had a question, and documents were sent in a very timely manner. Nicks accessibility, communication skills, and knowledge allowed us to trust that he would attend to every detail, and he did. We couldnt be happier with our new home, and we are very grateful to Nick for all of his help.

ZillowVERIFIED We relocated from Florida so we had a number of challenges associated with the search and purchase of our new home. In addition to this we were first time home buyers. Nick could not have done more to accommodate us or to help us feel comfortable with the process and our decision. He answered all of our questions quickly and provided any support we asked for. The whole process went smoothly and we love our new home. Thanks Nick!

He was patient and worked hard with us to find the exact home we needed. Nick was always there for us when we had questions and if he didn't have the answer, he found out and got back to us as soon as possible. ZillowVERIFIED We would 100% recommend Nick to everybody we know! We spent an entire year trying to sell our home with another real estate agent and felt so desperate and worn out when our home wouldn't sell. Then we spoke to Nick and he let us know that it could be done and what we needed to do to start the process over in the new year since our listing was so old. We took his advice and our home was under contract in 8 days at almost full price! Every step of the way was easy and effortless. We couldn't be happier! Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Nick made our first home purchase an absolute joy. He was always available for us, whether to schedule a last-minute viewing or discuss strategy. His knowledge of the market is excellent, and he was able to translate industry jargon into simple-to-understand insights. On top of his professional prowess, he is a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. I will seek him out in all future real estate endeavors and can't recommend him highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Nick was incredibly personable and helpful every step of the way in what turned out to be a long process to buy my new home. He went above and beyond with communication, always responding almost immediately to any texts, emails, and phone calls. We ran into a few hiccups trying to negotiate with the seller, but Nick and his team were on my side and made it as painless as possible. Nick is a true professional; I truly couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me purchase my first home. Because of this experience, I will be sure to recommend Nick to my friends and family, and perhaps use them again in the future (though I don't have any plans to move out of my dream home anytime soon!).

ZillowVERIFIED I've used Nick as both buyer and seller and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nick was great not only with making sure everything was taken care of every step of the way, but was also great at keeping a low pressure environment the entire time--I never felt stressed in Nick's hands. He is wonderful with a lot of tips and tricks I did not know as a single first time home buyer and seller and was great at getting my home show ready, even getting my lawn cut for me when I had already moved out of state. I remember him giving me great money saving tips on how to upkeep the home so I wasn't spending unnecessary funds and let me know about good brands to get for appliances and that the furnace was a high quality. Anyone would be very lucky to have Nick as a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED We had our home listed for over a year and had very little traffic. Our realtor had even let our listing lapse. Nick contacted us and listed.our property late in November and did an outstanding job marketing our property. We had more traffic in the 6 weeks before bringing us an offer then we had the.previous 12 months. He sold our property for close to asking and did a wonderful job. Recommend Nick highly.
