ZillowVERIFIEDAfter our house didn't sell with another realtor, we called Brad for help. Brad was able to sell our house for what we were asking during a difficult time in the housing market.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very impressed with Brad's level of commitment and expertise. He genuinely cared about helping us find just the right house for us and getting us the best deal on it he possibly could. This one was a rather painful process (because of an FHA loan which has LOTS of regulations) and Brad went to bat for us at every single step to make things easier for us. We will definitely call him again when we are ready to purchase our next home. He was amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED I am very happy with Brad Plocek as our real estate agent. He was very helpful in finding us a place like we wanted and helped us with all ourquestions both before closing and even after closing. We moved to our new place from another state and he even helped us with finding the utilities companies here and other things. This was very nice of him tohelp us with other items.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad and his team have been very good at getting us in to listings in a timely manner, as well as providing documents on a timely basis. We looked at several properties throughout Ottawa Hills, Brad and his team worked well with our evening/night viewing schedules, would recommend him to all of my friends/clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad was a great help to us when we were in the market for our first home. As first time home buyers we were very anxious and inexperienced. He was very patient and showed us about 10 houses before we found our home. Brad remained present throughout the entire process, offering great referrals and a lot of guidance.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad was great to work with! He understood the Toledo market and was helpful regarding price, recommendations, getting back to me in a timely fashion, and with the closing of our home. We were offered a much lower price and Brad got us pretty close to asking!

ZillowVERIFIED I used Brad as my buyer's agent in 2000. He prepared our offer and it got accepted right away. He has kept in touch with me ever since with informative information on the real estate market and because of that have returned to him to look for a 2nd home.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad was very knowledgeable and responsive. Most importantly, he LISTENED to my criteria and concentrated on finding homes that matched my needs instead of wasting my time looking at homes that were completely unsuitable. I would highly recommend Brad.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad worked with my husband and I for over a year until we found the perfect house for us. My husband was working out of town at the time and Brad was more than flexible with meeting us at odd times (right before a storm hit, Sunday mornings, Friday nights, etc.). He was always very knowledgeable about the area, the house, and options for financing. I would HIGHLY recommend Brad Plocek to anyone that asks!
