Despite many setbacks, such as some FHA-based renovation delays and having my original mortgage lender turn me down, Marlin was very patient and pleasant to work with, eventually setting me up with his connections to a smaller, local mortgage lender that got me approved quickly!Now I am the proud owner of a nice, affordable 3 bedroom, 2 story house in a good neighborhood within walking distance of UT campus that i can call home for the remainder of my graduate career...as well as a solid investment for after I graduate.I would highly recommend Marlin to anyone!

Was very helpful passing along information as closing approached and bogged down on the buyers end. My only regret was that I moved out of state and Marlin was not able to work with me on purchasing a new home though he did recommend excellent realtors in the new area.
