ZillowVERIFIED Robin has been amazing to work with. We've known her for more than 10 + years and she has always been there for us. She just helped us purchase our new home and will be supporting us in the sale of our current house. Robin is excellent at communicating, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly really cares about her clients. Robin is not just a realtor- she is a friend and an advocate for your best interest. We wouldn't work with anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED Robin's experience and knowledge made the selling process go smoothly, quickly and without any hiccups. We used a coming soon process that helped get potential buyers lined up for the first day on the market. We received and accepted an offer the second day the home was on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED From the first contact, Robin was there for us. Robin was there during the entire process. She communicated great. She always answered emails, texts and calls quickly. She took care of us well. She helped us work the price so that we were competitive and our offer was accepted. She helped us coordinate the home inspection. She also made sure we received a home warranty. We would work with Robin again. We would also refer her to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Robin is an absolutely amazing realtor! Having never sold a house before, Robin 'held out hand" through the entire process. She kept in contact with us on an almost daily basis to let us know what was going on. She is tenacious, hard-working, professional, caring and "understood the assignment". She sold our house ... FAST! From our initial meeting to closing, the deal took just over a month. I recommend Robin to everyone I come into contact with that even hints at looking for a new home or selling their existing one.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I used Team Lehmann to sell our home towards the end of 2021. I had used Robin as a realtor a handful of times in the past so we decided to give her a call! She came to our home the very next day to help guide us with any improvements we may of needed before listing. We decided to redo the living room flooring and wow! The color Robin helped us pick out really brightened the room and made it look even bigger. That same week we decided to list our home. Team robin was available 24/7. Any questions, comments, and concerns they were always there. We did set up a open house that Ron ran and he even waited for us to get home to talk things over. Our home was only on the market for a few short weeks before selling. Team Lehmann understood our timeline before having to move out of town and made it happen. Always 10/10 for them!

ZillowVERIFIED From the moment I called her, Robin Lehmann was on the job. It was my first time buying a home and I wasnt sure how it all worked. She was very knowledgeable, very patient, and very good at explaining to me the things that I didnt understand. She would always make sure I knew what was going on. When I wanted to go look at a house she was very accommodating with my busy schedule. With how crazy the market is right now, I ended up making offers on several houses. When one house didnt work out she was there with the next one ready to go. She never lost hope until we finally found a house where everything worked out and I thankfully bought it with her help. She was also very helpful with negotiating with the seller on a few points. I can with no reservations recommend Robin is the realtor to have on your side. I also want to say a few words about her associate and brother Ron. Like Robin, Ron was very upbeat and very helpful. Always willing to work showings in around my busy schedule. I couldnt of done it without both of them. Thank you very much Robin and Ron for all your hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very pleased with Robin's knowledge of the market in the Bedford area. Signing up with her was the best decision we made on selling the house. Robin presented four competitive offers to us within 3 days of listing, advised us on which one was the most solid offer, and guided us step by step through the process.
