Having been in medical sales my entire career, I can appreciate observing a skilled sales professional at work. My Townhouse represented a very modestly priced home sale, yet Lisa provided the level of service one might only expect to receive from a million-dollar transaction. Jimmy was our agent 6 years ago when we bought our house, and he was so amazing that we immediately called him when we had to sell it. Im so glad we did. His advice was excellent and extremely effective when it came to navigating the unknown and making decisions. We listed after having to move to Utah, and he put in the extra work for us by taking care of all the paperwork remotely, keeping on top of the buyer's agent, and advocating for us to be able to sign in Utah without having to fly back to Georgia. I would highly recommend him for both new and experienced buyers/sellers. He took the time to explain paperwork, was very communicative, and was super easy to get in touch with.
