We listed after having to move to Utah, and he put in the extra work for us by taking care of all the paperwork remotely, keeping on top of the buyer's agent, and advocating for us to be able to sign in Utah without having to fly back to Georgia. I would highly recommend him for both new and experienced buyers/sellers. He took the time to explain paperwork, was very communicative, and was super easy to get in touch with.
