ZillowVERIFIED Moving internationally and buying a home sight unseen is incredibly daunting, but Kristina made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the moment we connected, she went above and beyond, acting as our eyes and ears on the ground. She didn't just send us listings; she provided detailed, personalized video tours and extensive photo documentation of each property and its surrounding neighborhood, giving us an incredibly realistic perspective. Kristina's responsiveness was exceptional. No matter the time difference or the complexity of our questions, she was always prompt and thorough in her replies. She truly understood the unique challenges of our situation and proactively addressed them. Her dedication was evident when she personally attended the home inspection, acting as our advocate and meticulously pointing out potential issues to the builder. What truly set Kristina apart was her commitment to our long-term well-being. She didn't just find us a house; she found us a home in a fantastic community. Understanding the importance of education and safety, she guided us towards areas with top-rated school districts, which naturally resulted in finding safe and desirable neighborhoods. We felt completely confident and supported throughout the entire process, knowing we were in Kristina's capable hands. She is more than just a realtor; she's a trusted advisor who genuinely cares about her clients. We are incredibly grateful for her expertise, dedication, and unwavering support. If you're looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile, Kristina is the absolute best choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristina is the BEST real estate agent! She sold my house in 3 days with a higher price than the asking price! I have had the different agent trying to sell my property for about six months without no success. Further, she is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and honest in handling of repairs and paperwork. Overall, Kristina provided the superb service in selling my property. Absolutely, I recommend her for any real state related services.

ZillowVERIFIED We had 4 offers on the second day of being on the market. She helped us negotiate and make the best decision for our personal needs. She was very good about helping us through the inspection process. The buyers required 4 different inspections which was a very stressful situation , but she helped us through it with answers for everything . We also had concerns about the appraisal because of the bidding war ,and she remained confident and reassured us to do the same because there would be alternate measures we could take if we didnt appraise for asking price.(Which we did) She is very knowledgeable and always there to answer any questions you may have. I recommend her to anyone I know wanting to buy or sell their home.
