ZillowVERIFIED I wish I could give Cheryl O'Rourke and Virginia Summers a hundred stars. We hired Cheryl to sell our house in Georgia and we live in Virginia. There were a number of issues--tons of repairs needed, dealing with tenants, management of contractors, many surprises along the way. These two woman did everything we couldn't and we are grateful for it. You can't have this level of contact and trust without something wonderful happening. For us, it was that this house sold and we now have people in our lives who we consider family. Cheryl and Virginia talked us off the ledge multiple times. They are wonderful. You will never go wrong employing them as your realtor on either end. They go above and beyond. We were blessed to find them.

They are extremely military friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure all needs are met. They will utilize whatever application (what's app, Skype, etc) needed to show houses if you can't be there physically. Cheryl has a great understanding of the area and will not sugar coat anything so you don't get blindsided by surprises. They were very supportive, knowledgeable, understanding and easy to work with from the beginning to the end... my husband and I were truck drivers and driving all over the US at the time and they made it easy for us, to sign, fax and email what we needed without putting us in a bad situation. We bought a foreclosed home that came with ALOT of red tape, they were very diligent and fought for us..She made appointments for us, did drop by inspections as the house we were getting had been broken into to... I can go on and on about the things she did that were expected of her and her team at all... I would definitely recommend her for your homebuying needs... we are VERY happy about our purchase. i'm sure this will not be the last time we do business together....

There responsiveness is what you want in an agent (especially when DEPLOYED), whenever I had a question they would respond back fast or even if they had to look into somethings that was not on hand they would get back to in a timely manner. Being a first time home buyer and buying a house while deployed is a challenge. Cheryl and Virginia (her assistant) communicated well and even downloaded the "Whats App" to stay in contact with me. That is your bread and better if dealing with Military Personnel. When inspection time came we did a video chat so I could see the house, how amazing is that! Closing was remarkable, a lot of things came up and Cheryl and her assistant Virginia, went out of their way personally to make the closing happen. I was impressed that they would do that. I could not ask for anyone better than Cheryl and Virginia. Being a first time home buyer, while deployed, and different time zones, you couldn't ask for anyone better than these two. They are the cream of the crop and who you WANT!

ZillowVERIFIED I was selling my home in Florida and searching for a home in Georgia, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase in Columbus, GA. I happen to call the agent for a property in midland, and Cheryl was the seller for that property. At the time, I didn't have an agent and I asked Cheryl if she would be my buyer agent and she agreed. I can't say enough of how wonderful and patient she is. She showed me several homes and I chose a fixer upper that required a FHA 203K loan to fix. I signed the contract and went back to Florida. Once I got the approval for the loan, I had to find several contractors to assess the property. Cheryl was my point of contact in Georgia while I was away. She showed the property. She also made sure I didn't miss a step on the contract. She communicated 24/7 with me to assure me that everything was fine.I don't think I could've done it without her. It was a lot of details that needed to be sorted and she handled it all with excellence. I highly recommend Cheryl.

We wanted to list this house AS IS with or no cost in selling. We now have a prospect buyer and what the buyer wants is costing me more than what I would like. After signing a offer it is explained that we would to pay for this, pay for that.If I wanted or afford to make repairs I would done them and not sell.
